International Shipping:
- EMS Service – Available for most countries with delivery times up to 5 business days, door-to-door service. Cost depends on item quantity, starting at $37 for 3 items.
- All orders are shipped after payment approval.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes and duties in their country.
- We cannot be responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., slowdowns, strikes).
Shipping within Israel:
- Free Home Delivery – For purchases over 300₪.
- Home Delivery 30₪ – For purchases under 300₪, or Free Registered Mail on all purchases under 300₪.
- Free Self-Pickup – From our store at Yehuda Margosa 16, Jaffa.
Please note: We are not responsible for delays or disruptions beyond our control, including delays due to emergency situations such as security issues.
Delivery Times:
- Home Delivery – Orders are packed within 2-3 days after purchase confirmation.
- Delivery to central cities: up to 7 business days.
- Delivery to areas in the North, Judea and Samaria, and the South: once per week.
Returns:
- Full Price or Sale Items
- Refunds are available within 48 hours of receiving the item if it is clean and with the original tag attached. Items with altered or reattached tags are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
- A 5% deduction will be applied to the refunded amount per legal requirements.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days by check or PayPal, depending on payment method.
- Full price or sale items can be returned within 14 business days for store credit or exchange only (no refunds).
- Returns must be made through our courier, with a return shipping cost of 40₪.
Note: Outlet items are non-returnable.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll arrange a replacement. Returned items must have the original tag intact. Items with removed or altered tags will not be accepted.
- Exchanges can be made via registered mail or with a shipping fee of 60₪.
- If the exchange results in a credit, the exchange fee is 70₪.
- Damaged Items Received: If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item at +972-54-4308330.
- The item must be returned with the original tag intact, and we will cover the return shipping.
